William James Clark Obituary

William James Clark
We will miss you Dad!
William James Clark (Jim) passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 7, 2014, in Salt Lake City at the age of 71 of respiratory failure. He was born in Salt Lake City on October 20, 1943 to William James and Ellen Balmforth Clark. He attended Whittier Elementary, Linlcoln Jr. High, and South High School.
Jim Married Gayle Denison in February of 1964. They had 2 daughters together, Aimee and Michelle. After their divorce he married Mary Bright in October 1983.
Jim worked as a carpet installer for most of his life, a skill he learned from his uncles at a very young age, and one he was very good at. He later moved to carpet sales, where he earned many awards as a top salesman. During his time with Granite Furniture he earned many vacations that he and Mary enjoyed together. Even after retirement Jim kept himself busy with small part time jobs.
Jim was witty, sensitive, kind hearted, funny, and full of class and style. Alway impeccably dressed, he took great pride in his appearance, his home and yard, and especially his cars. Rain or shine, he always had the cleanest car on the road.
He had a great love for Southern Utah. There he spent time boating at Lake Powell, and later in life he and Mary enjoyed hiking and biking together. He also loved to visit anywhere he could see the ocean.
Jim was a loving and loyal husband, father, and grandfather. His presence will be deeply missed.
He leaves behind his wife of 31 years, Mary Clark; daughters Aimee (Mike) Henderson, and Michelle (Kevin) Moore; beloved grandchildren Karly, Jake, Nick, Jayda, and Izak; sister Joann Deyoung, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his sisters Margie Tingey, Carol David, Mary Leee Henriksen, and Janet Johnson.
A celebration of Jim's life will be held on Saturday, December 13 at 2:00 pm at the Paradise Ward chapel, 1555 W. Lovely Road (5095 S.), Taylorsville, UT. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.starksfuneral.com

I'm saddened to hear about Jim's death. He set a high standard and had very fine sense of style.

I'm trying to get Jim's obituary into this site (http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/saltlaketribune/obituary.aspx?n=william-james-clark&pid=173418182&fhid=23304).  I've done this with others, but am not remembering how to do it.
