William Edward Clements, 57, passed away January 18, 2001 in Salt Lake City.

Born November 15, 1943 to Percy John and Iris Clements in Salt Lake City. He attended Sumner Elementary and graduated from South High School and LDS Business College.

He married Faith ES Clements February 27, 1975 for time and all eternity. He was a loving husband, brother and son. He worked at the LDS Hospital all of his adult life and was loved by all his co-workers. He shared his time freely with his neighbors and was active in his church, where he was a Primary teacher, active home teacher and a high priest. He will be waiting at the Veil for his sweetheart, he has gone to prepare a home for her.

Survivors include his wife, Faith Clements; mother, Iris Ann Clements; sister, Rebecca (Cecil) DeSpain; brother, John J. Clements; brother-in-law, Glen Max Smith; brother and sister-in-law, Tom Kam (Lois) Headley; and his extended family. Preceded in death by his father, Percy John Clements.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Monday, January 22, 2001 at the Cannon First Ward, 934 West Fremont Ave. Friends may call Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road, and one hour prior to services at the ward on Monday.
